At the restaurant of Hotel Villa Giulia you can go back in time, to the fresh and genuine flavors of old Sicily.
On our table, we only serve products whose exact origins we know, such as the selection of wines, oil, and vegetables; all produced within the village, just a few steps from the hotel itself. We believe that the quality of the raw materials offered to our guests is the key to understanding and falling in love with Sicily.
Everything we offer on our table is self-produced and homemade. Our Sicilian breakfast has been praised and loved even by Michelin-starred chef Bruno Barbieri.
Our restaurant "La Cantinaccia" is open for both lunch and dinner with an à la carte menu.
It has an indoor dining area, featuring barrels and tools from ancient farmers, recreating the atmosphere of the old Sicilian village; and an outdoor dining area from where you can admire the majesty of two eighteenth-century olive trees and breathe the fresh, clean air of the Val di Noto countryside. The tables, hand-painted by artisans from Caltagirone, are beloved by our guests.
