From 15 to 19 May 2026, the city of Noto will once again turn into a great open-air museum for the 47th edition of the Infiorata, one of the most awaited events of the Sicilian spring.
For five days, the famous Via Nicolaci and the historic Baroque centre will welcome visitors from all over the world with an edition of strong visual and cultural impact, dedicated to the theme “Pop Culture tells its story”.
The 2026 edition stands out for an original and contemporary concept: a journey through the icons and languages that marked the twentieth century and influenced the global collective imagination.
Music, cinema, fashion, comics and Pop Art will become the stars of the traditional floral carpets, reinterpreted by the flower artists through scenic and meaningful compositions.
The aim is to create a dialogue between the historic tradition of the Infiorata and the expressions of contemporary culture, blending the timeless charm of Noto’s Baroque with symbols and references from international pop culture.
An encounter between past and present that promises to offer visitors an immersive experience, able to unite art, creativity and collective memory.
This year too, the colours and scents of the petals will transform the heart of the city into a unique artistic route, where each floral panel will tell a story and celebrate the evolution of modern visual culture.
The Infiorata of Noto 2026 is thus confirmed not only as an artistic event of great tradition, but also as an event capable of renewing itself and engaging with the present.
